I was somewhat skeptical about this fragrance (was not sure that it was “manly” enough – LOL). However, after wearing it for a bit over 2 months I assure you that it is definitely a man’s cologne. I’ve been thoroughly impressed thus far.
The One has a very warm and distinct smell and above average sillage. When using this fragrance, you don’t get the impression that it is “just something everyone else is using”.
I will most certainly buy this fragrance again.

Very nice cologne for the conservative person. Will simply take your breath away with one smell. I smelled this in a GQ magazine and immediately purchased the 3.7oz bottle. For the Masculine.

Wear it all the time, December 31, 2008
I had stopped wearing cologne for a long time before getting The One. I just fell out of interest in wearing a fragrance. My wife gave me some sample fragrance leaflets she gets in ads and magazines, and I almost indifferently opened each of them to have a smell. When I got to The One, I was instantly interested. But not enough to pay for a full bottle, yet. Then I shared it with my wife, and she liked it too, and thought it would be great for me.
I ended up purchasing the fragrance and got some body wash and aftershave with it. I use it every day and don’t regret spending the money. Try it!

A Fantastic Refreshing Cologne, December 29, 2008
Dolce and Gabbana “The One” is a great cologne.
I put it alongside my Armani Colognes on the shelf – because this scent has a few distinguishing qualities. Is has a rich scent, and what immediately comes to mind is the “male” version of sexy and sophisticated. It is the smell of a well-dressed gentleman, and I most certainly have seen people go crazy over it.
